Associate Director, User Experience (UX), University of Arizona, University Libraries, Tucson – Lead library’s technology infrastructure and help desk services with future-looking perspective and focus on user experience. UX Department oversees library’s technology operations, focused on server, network and production infrastructure, workstation and user support, and proposing solutions to enhance service quality as well as lead library’s efforts to adopt cloud-based computing. Minimum Qualifications include 5+ years experience leading/supervising information technology personnel; demonstrated expertise/experience with server architecture design and administration and IT security issues.
